Early January 2015 we made a trip up to Mt Pulag, tallest mountain in Luzon, Philippines. We camped just below the summit which we hiked early morning to an altitude of 2922m above sea level to see one of the most spectacular sunrises above a sea of clouds. This area is easily a landscape and outdoor photographers dream and at this height you can only imagine how grand Milky Way shots can be if you have the patience for the style.
